Orders & Drops
How do drops work?
Each release is limited — pieces like the SuckaFree University Varsity Jacket are made in small batches (15 for that drop). Once a size sells out, it's gone until the next restock, if there is one.
How do I find out when a new drop is live?
Follow @tshirtundergrou on Instagram, @dondeezo1 on TikTok, or the T-Shirt Underground MI Facebook page — drops are announced there first. Detroit Drop Club members get early access.
Shipping
How long does it take to ship?
Every piece is printed and prepared to order, so please allow processing time before your order ships. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us to start a return — items sent back without a return request first won't be accepted.
What can't be returned?
Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way to get the right size or item is to return what you have, then place a new order once your return is accepted.
I'm ordering from the EU — do I have extra rights?
Yes. EU customers can cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed, as long as the item is unworn and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Message us on Instagram or Facebook if you're between sizes — happy to help you pick.
Detroit Drop Club
What is the Detroit Drop Club?
It's our $20/month membership. Members get one new drop every month plus free shipping on their orders.
How do I join?
Membership signup is available on our site — look for the Detroit Drop Club listing.
